Autonomous combat systems will not work in the favor of humankind, no matter the size or orientation of their habitation. Autonomous combat systems will only serve to de-personalize the acts of destruction and murder.
ReplyDeleteI don't necessarily disagree. However, I believe automation of war is inevitable. People are people and war is in our nature. We will continue developing technology to improve our ability to fight one another. We are at a point where technology is reducing the risk to our people while at the same time removing human limitations from our capabilities.
